Since it needs saying these days--
I do not and will not use generative AI for anything. I don't use it, I don't consume the results.
I could do a whole lot of very loud complaining about all the reasons why, but it doesn't seem like an argument worth having these days - if you're on board with it, you're not going to listen to some rando (me) about how bad it is.
If you use genAI, your work is no longer interesting to me. If you lie about it, you're a massive asshole. Feed it to people who don't care about the theft, environmental destruction, rampant rewriting of reality, ruination of the internet, and deskilling of humanity.
I care. Leave me out of it.
