Simmered a whole chicken until falling apart, brought the broth up to boiling. 1c jasmine rice, finely grated ginger, crushed garlic, diced green onion, a dash of salt, 1T oyster sauce, 2T soy sauce, white pepper. Simmered 30min. Added some of the shredded chicken, garnished with cilantro.
